Knights E-mail

Knights E-mail is the official campus e-mail address for all UCF students. Effective September 28, 2009 official e-mail communication from all UCF business offices will be sent only to students’ Knights E-mail accounts. Official e-mail communications will not be sent to any other e-mail address. Faculty and staff are encouraged to direct students to the Knights E-mail website at http://knightsemail.ucf.edu, for information on:

  • How to get their free Knights E-mail account
  • All the features a Knights E-mail account brings with it (including calendars, mobile access from a web-enabled phone, online file storage, online Microsoft Office, instant messaging and more)
  • How to address technical issues, such as forgotten or lost passwords
  • How to receive e-mail from other services in Knights E-mail
  • How to check Knights E-mail from other e-mail services. If they choose, it’s simple for students to incorporate the features of Knights E-mail into their university life:
    • If they already have a Knights E-mail account and are already using it, they are among the majority of students.
    • If they already have a Knights E-mail account and have not been using it, they should begin to do so right away.
    • If they do not have a Knights E-mail account, they should get one now.  It’s easy and convenient, and they get to choose their own user ID.

Students can log into their Knights E-mail account or reset their password by going to the login page at http://mail.live.com.
